Tried the Seaside Salts this past weekend and I must say they are the best I've ever had! Salty, sweet & just the right size. Tom was wonderful in getting me set up with a batch and was more than willing to spend time talking about his business, his product and his team. He's very proud of each, as he should be. We'll be back!
Shooting Point Oyster Co.® have both great oysters and great people. They grow Nassawadox Salts® in Nassawadox Creek and Shooting Point Salts® at the North end of Hog Island at Quinby Inlet. Definitely pioneers in the Virginia oyster renaissance and still going strong.
Enjoyed these oysters as a "special" at a favorite Japanese tapas bar in Providence RI. Hope they stay on menu.
Bussin bussin, these guys always have the best oysters and clams.
