The only place for lobster rolls in OOB! Breakfast sandwhich was fresh and delicious. Words on Lobster roll from my bf: “top tier. From fresh lobster meat to the roll itself only to be topped by the best butter” Overall - Fair price and super friendly workers. Locals waiting in line with us said it’s one of 2 fresh places in town!!

We spent the day walking around Old Orchard and getting lobster rolls and this was our favorite stop! The lobster rolls are the best price for the size and the flavor is amazing, definitely get the buttered lobster roll. The owner is so nice too. Make sure to stop here to get a lobster roll if you’re in Old Orchard.

Completely unpretentiously delicious Lobster Roll. Probably one of the best my wife and I've ever had. Made on the spot, with a deliciously fluffy bun that holds up to the drawn butter without getting soggy. Cool fresh Lobster chunks with warm drawn butter, and minimal else to overcomplicate it. Owner was also very friendly, and went out if his way to accommodate our son who is a picky eater and couldnt find anything he'd eat on the menu. He went as far as offering to make him a PB &J on the house and ultimately offered him a bag of local gummies...Really sweet guy. I would absolutely recommend a stop here for a roll if you're in the area. Price wise the rolls were around $28 each as of 8/14/22 but not far off from the avg price in the area and what you get in quality is worth it if you're

Got the buttered lobster roll today and could not have been any more delicious. Lobster was fresh, huge pieces and great portions. It was exactly what we were looking for! The owner was super nice as well and gave us some great suggestions for other places to go in the area. Don’t sleep on this little place, it’s DELISH!
