addendum for 2/17/26 on 2/25/26. Lunch $32.99 / adult weekday Lunch $17.99 / child weekday In retrospect price for quality after reviewing, as well as considering what menu offering we had, we would get better quality for this price elsewhere, and not be capped, especially for lunch prices at this $$$$ point. We suspect that we were likely charged a dinner price and given only a lunch menu . CLEARLY DISPLAYING A PRICING LIST FOR TRANSPARENCY to correct this disparity will provide consumer clarity. ====== Shinjuku Station is part of the growing trend of conveyor belt sushi offerings that is set in AYCE environment, it however also allows for inclusion of some hot foods such as but not limited to gyoza, ramen, hibachi , teriyaki dishes. It's an alluring environment touting a feel like enter
We went for my birthday and had a great experience overall. The food and service were both solid, and the sushi was genuinely delicious with generous portions that did not feel skimpy at all. For an unlimited sushi and entrée spot, that really stood out. The experience itself was a lot of fun. The train theme added a unique touch, and the robots delivering food made it memorable and entertaining without feeling gimmicky. The only downside was the dessert situation. Not all desserts were included, and the included options were a bit limited. Expanding the included dessert selection would really help round out the experience. That said, it was a fun and interesting birthday outing, and I would definitely return.
We had such a fun experience at Shinjuku Station! The selection was fresh, tasty, and constantly coming around. All the food we ordered came out quickly. What really made the visit stand out though was our server, Alexander. He was incredibly attentive and friendly, He checked in at the perfect times. His great attitude honestly elevated the whole meal. We’ll definitely be back — and we hope Alexander is working
The running sushi has a spacious seating area, which was perfect for our group of 7. The kids absolutely loved the service robots and the train-like dish-carrying carts that glide along tracks – it was innovative, fun, and exciting for all ages! The staff were friendly, attentive, and constantly engaging with customers, which made the experience even better. The sushi was fresh and genuinely tasty, making the whole meal worth it. Just a heads-up: they do add an automatic service charge for larger groups like ours. recommend!
This place gets busy and crowded with lines around dinner time. We came on a holiday Monday evening and got a table just before the lines started, though we did call ahead for our party of 7. All you can eat pricing with a reduced price for kids 10 and under. The conveyor belt aspect is fun and super easy to grab a platter after popping the protective lid up with the press of a finger. What's offered on the belt is standard fare and gets a bit repetitive, california, cucumber rolls, spicy salmon, tuna roll, desserts, etc. You can order 10 items every 5 mins on the tablet at the table, though it can take 30 mins for your full order to arrive, so I recommend you start early and often to get what you want. We were also missing items after two rounds of orders and a hostess helped get them to
