Shiloh Bar-B-Que

Shiloh was recommended by a friend. I drove almost an hour, mostly through county roads, to get here. My friend was right, the food is delicious! I had a pulled pork platter with Cole slaw and baked beans and they were all very good. They had three home made sauces available, and all were really really good. The people there were very friendly as well. Definitely worth the drive and highly recommended!

A small town, ma and pa barbecue spot! I got a brisket plate reserved and it did not disappoint! The brisket was buttery and melt in your mouth! The barbecue sauces were phenomenal with the right amount of sweet kick. I can’t wait to see the shop expand with more seating!

Best BBQ i have had in tennessee. The brisket has 1 of kind flavor. Love just smelling the hickory smoke in the parking lot.

We came in yesterday for dinner. A lot of their food was sold out so we tried the pork ribs and got two twice baked potatoes. The potatoes were really good as always. The ribs were subpar. The meat wasn’t tough but they were very dry and didn’t have any smoke flavor. Luckily the sauces they provide are good to help give some flavor.

Best BBQ in the area. Everyone I know will agree it’s the best. Their thick bbq sauce is great as well.
