Live in the area so it was a great place getting online class done along with work. Unfortunately it took all day but even though the ladies are welcoming at first someone lied on a 911 call (which is a felony) about a drug deal? Please Be very careful coming here

The library itself is very clean and a nice environment. However, the librarians and staff are incredibly loud and rowdy, constantly chatting and laughing very loudly. Does not facilitate a great environment for studying, test taking, etc. Even when using the private study room, you can hear the librarians over noise cancelling headphones. Rather frustrating when a library is supposed to be a calm, quiet environment.

I'm new to the area! I moved to Terrell NC a few months ago. I have visited this location many times and have always had a positive experience except for today!I have a 7 year old who I am currently teaching how to use the computer. However I own all apple products so allowing her to use my mac book for leaning is very different from what she uses at school(PC) I have checked out laptops at this location about 3 or 4 times along with books and other learning activities and have always had a positive experience with all the other staff until today.Upon entering the location I noticed the lady CATHERINE OR KATHY (I think her name was Catherine but it may have been Kathy) whom was working the front desk today had a nasty look on her face as me and my daughter walked in. I didn't pay it much

Librarians are helpful and courteous when I print. Screaming kids make the environment not ideal for studying.

Librarians constantly talking and laughing loudly to each other at the front desk, disturbing the otherwise quiet environment. What happened to using our inside voice? I can still hear them even while wearing noise cancelling headphones. This isn’t a library it’s a break room for socialization between the librarians.
