Shenandoah Public Library

Volunteer snow removal at the Greater Shenandoah Area Free Public Library… the best use of my time, today. Where have you volunteered lately? …and yes, while some choose to shame it, and call volunteerism “virtue signaling”… my father and his friends have all always taught me it was “setting an example.” My dad also taught Problems of Democracy… and I ask you, what does a Republic do, when its POTUS shames it? Denying America wasn’t always Great, all along? That is the marvelous thing about the Great Dream that is American Democracy… when we do get it wrong, when The People’s House no longer has a big block of cheese day, but sees that location get destroyed for a 1%’er Ballroom… …all the World has to do is, wait for the Midterms. #AmericaReinventingHerself #TheWhiteHouse #BigBlockof

Very nice & friendly staff. They go out of their way to help you with anything, they are very knowledgeable & respectful. Always a great selection of books and they always say they could order any books you're interested in, if they do not have them in stock. The library is always clean and organized, very well kept! Great place to take your kids and grab some great books! They also have computers for anyone that may need them. We enjoy going here often!

Glad to see this library still open. I found many interesting books here during visits of relatives in my youth.
