Shell

I like this station way more than the BP down the street because they're clean and they don't blast un-mutable ads at you while you're pumping gas.

The counter assistant claimed the washroom was out of order. If this was the case he could not be open. That was old. Really!? I really hope it was not because I was black. Either way, I just went down to the BP where I usually stop while I am out driving Uber. This is the 1st time I have EVER had this issue since I have driving from a Shell CircleK station. No worries I will never return 🙂 I don't believe for one minute that both washrooms were out of order!

This place seems confusing. It shows Shell but they say there are only Circle K. Usually Shell's take the Gasbuddy card for payment but this one did not like it has in the past. I am not even sure if the Shell Fuel Rewards card or ALT ID will work here now. Things have changed and if they are not a real Shell, they should remove the Shell logo as this could be deceptive for Shell and Gasbuddy customers. Shell should make it clear if this is a legitimate Shell or not (just a Circle K) like they are separate and distinct entities in the Kankakee/Bourbonnais area.

Fraud!! Be aware and always take receipt whatever you purchase in-store they will charge you extra what you haven’t purchased even. The manager is never at the store and the associate always makes excuses. Now I figure out why they mark gas price always lower than the other stations near by because they wanted to attract customers to scam with. Terrible customer service cashier was extremely poor in service.

Normally wouldn't post gas station/car wash review but this place is especially terrible. Pump was so slow I gave up and cut off. No receipt at pump had to go inside and wait for attendants to finish their conversation to get car wash code. Bathroom was locked and sign said to get key from attendant. Did not waste my time trying to go back up there. Car wash was ok didn't really dry my car though.
