Great place to go gaming it's clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I like the Cafe it's so cozy, my friends and I like to go and just sit in the cafe. It's quiet and cozy don't have to worry about anyone and if we're feeling lucky we go try our luck in the game room. My friend likes the goldfish game. We like that it's a cafe if I just want a quiet place to chill and drink coffee or have some food. I also can try my luck on the machines. It's a great mix of both!!

My friend and I come from Braidwood to Shelby's in Bradley, almost always on weekends when Brian is there. He's the best, very friendly and welcoming.. Love the pizza too!

Shelby’s was my favorite place to go for environment and snacks but they recently started carding people and it is not for their age. I am a 50 year old and I look like a 50 year old. When you show them your ID they don’t even look at your age. It is all about getting your name which they put in their computer along with which machine you go to. And they are persistent. If they can’t see your name they will badger you until they get it. It is none of their business what my name is, what machine I play, how long I am there, or how much money I spend. Many gamblers will feel the same. I have heard people at other establishments saying the same about them. Although I would like to, I will no longer go there. There are plenty of other places to go.

Employee was attentive, kind and patient. Informed us of a promotion, not our thing but she had asked everyone who entered the store. Which was nice to see some persistence. Kept machines clean and sanitized after each person moved, was great to see because Laceys absolutely doesn't. This is why we tried out your bradley location again. She got some gruff from a women about an being carded but handled the situation way better than I would have, I believe her name was tatania. Shiftchange happened and the next employee asked me if we were doing ok and if she could grab us a snack or drink. Then asked if we were interested in the promo that she wanted to double check and make sure we were informed about it so we wouldn't miss out. She bakes us fresh chocolate chip cookies and was kind. I b

I gave them 5 stars because, well, it's a nice quiet little gambling establishment. Nice selection of snacks & drinks, less the drama of the bars. I'll be back.
