Sheesh Kitchen - McKinney

I had the sheesh bowl, which was good portions, and the fresh vegetables and sauce were good! I think the rice and meat (beef) would be better if it was warm. I was hoping everything would be freshly cooked on site, but it seemed more like pre-cooked refrigerated food. In any case, I felt the quality was decent, and I may go back and try something else on the menu, if I'm in the area again. I must also add that the dining area and bathrooms were clean, which is very important to me.

We came here last week for the first time and were extremely satisfied with the food. It was all fresh, generous portions and friendly staff. We went again yesterday and had same experience. The sheesh sauce, if you like spicy, is fantastic. The pickled veggies were also awesome. I didn't think I would like them as much as I did, but as a self-proclaimed pickle maniac, they were amazing.

Food was ok. We did not feel like it was special. Quantity was less than other places. If you compare with halal guys or other chicken and rice places, portion size was much smaller.

Amazing! Being from the northeast and then living in Houston, I have experienced some phenomenal chicken over rice. And it’s been a while since I have had decent gyro and chicken over rice with enough delicious sauce, meat ratio and flavor. The spicy garlic sauce was incredible! Low-key want to gate keep this place! This will now be our go-to Mediterranean fix!

So I’m a cop from Alabama attempting to relocate here and this was first stop I did was to eat at this place.. and Oh My God! The food was absolutely perfect! From the chicken to the lamb to the fries. I literally couldn’t stop eating everything and I absolutely fell in love with this place! I highly recommend everyone to try this place. It is the best! I promise you won’t regret it
