My wife ordered through instacart for a pickup. On every single occasion the food is tracked and marked as available for pickup. I always give it an extra 20 minutes because it is NEVER ready. Each time I order I do it early and earlier. I've even called my order in at times. Why won't they just say give us an hour or hour and a half? I've hosted events at my house on multiple occasions and gotten started late because the food isn't ready. I won't complain about the food. It's been good. But my time is just as important at my money. Be patient when ordering.

I purchased a 3pc Catfish Fillet Dinner. For dessert? Chocolate Cake, German Chocolate Cake, and some cute little Grapes; Dipped in either a Yogurt or a White Chocolate. Then covered with Cherry flavored Sprinkles. The whole meal was marvelous 😋 ♥️

ordered thru grubHub, 4pc cat advertised as *4large peices. I was hesitant bcus I read reviews and should have known better. The delivery driver was great, he gave me my bag and it felt empty. I open it and immediately lost my appetite. I called them to ask them to recook it and I will come get it. I was told "you ordered thru GrubHub, take it up them....WOOOWZ *SEE PICS* they need the health department called for this ragedy, old, unseasoned fish...SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR BUISNESS PRACTICES. People work hard for their money. If you don't want to buisness with the public the professional proper way...move out the way for real cooks and businesses to show you how. TERRRRIBLE!!!!!!

50 half wings, is this a joke? I expected halves o wings not wings literally cut ( meat side in half). So done with eating out and next time hold the feathers!!!!! We could not eat this. No excuse this chicken was not cleaned properly.

First when I arrived bad customer service.I made an order over the phone employee was rushing to take my order. My food was not fully cooked or fresh. I called up there asking for a refund/remake the manager that was there started arguing with me. My whole order was just wrong and chicken was just horrible.
