Sharks Fish & Chicken Chicago Style

4 Stars, First time here, pretty tasty fried catfish and chicken gizzards. Nice and crispy, not overcooked, good flavor, good size portions. Would definitely get this again. Instagram @foodieadventuresusa

Passing thru and wanted something good for lunch. The cashier at the convenience store suggested the fried chicken at Sharks. It's a small spot that you will definitely overlook unless you know it's there. So, I go in and walk up to the counter. The two cooks greet me and the guy comes out to take my order. I had every intention of getting the fried chicken but when I saw that they served chicken livers...my choice was made. And I added some lemon pepper wings too. They cook to order so you got to be patient. The livers and rice was good. And they give you plenty for a very decent price. I got the lunch special which included a side and drink for $8.99. Called in the order and the young lady on the phone was very polite and professional. When picking up my order, everything was correct. The prices are fare and the meals are delicious. I had the grouper, fries, and fried mushrooms. Wow they are good!

Food was good. Atmosphere was ok. Staff was friendly but could have been more welcoming.
