Amazing food! The price, quality, and taste—everything was perfect. I’ve visited several times, and the staff have always been friendly. The taste is unforgettable. Highly recommend!

They do not sell catfish Fillet anymore at these Sharks location. They selling you Swai Fish which it's a Japanese or Korean catfish. It is legal to sell here in the USA it's cheaper....but it's totally not the catfish farm raised. Catfish has grayish veins and the texture is thicker. Swai Fish is more soft and sweet mushy texture. So when they put the fish batter on it ... You think you getting catfish Fillet and not Swai. I do not like Swai. You suppose to tell the customers...but unfortunately most don't know. They still collecting that money for the order. The catfish you will get if it's Steak catfish

Food is decent, but I always say no lemon pepper because I won't be able to eat it. My last order i had to throw away. It looked like they knocked the shaker over in it. Look, just because this is a Black community doesn't mean we all want that on our food. They must be used to people saying extra lemon pepper because, the instinct is to put it on everything. I still go, but I definitely check my food before pulling off.

Too expensive with little food. I do not recommend. I don’t care about your smart remark. I lived in that area for many many many years. And that sharks use to be the BEST! Now it’s just pricey, and Nasty!. Those that knows know!

I'VE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM HERE TIL I DID. IT'S BOTHERED ME EVER SINCE OCT 2025. I JUST TRIED TO LET IT GO. BUT NO, I HAVE TO SAY THIS; I ORDERED A PAN ( 50 PIECES) OF FRIED CRISPY CATFISH FILLETS FOR MY BIRTHDAY. IT WASN'T CATFISH FILLETS OR CRISPY. I DIDN'T TAKE IT BACK NOR DID I CALL. THIS PLACE HAS ALWAYS HAD GOOD FISH AND HERE IS WHERE I COME TO GET IT; NO MATTER WHERE I'VE LIVED IN CHICAGO. I FELT LET DOWN. SO I LET IT GO OR SO I THOUGHT. IK IT'S WAY AFTER THE FACT BUT I JUST HAD TO SAY IT SO I CAN LET IT GO!! AND I REALIZE IT DEPENDS ON WHO IS IN THE KITCHEN COOKING. MAKE SURE ITS MARKED ON THE RECEIPT WHAT YOU ORDERED AND LOOK AT YOUR FISH REAL GOOD. IF YOU'RE NOT FAMILAR WITH BUYING FISH MAKE SURE YOU BRING SOMEONE WITH YOU WHO IS.
