Customer Reviews
This is already our fourth time coming here, and we’re loving it every time!!! The flavors are rich and the portions of rice noodles are huge. The owner is super friendly and even recognized us since we’ve been here several times. He showed us the kitchen and explained that the soup base is made fresh daily with real beef bones. No additives, no concentrates, no soup powder like some other places. You can really taste the difference in the quality. As someone from China, I can say these dishes are truly authentic. 👍 We especially recommend the Spicy Beef Bone Rice Noodles, Spicy Braised Beef Brisket Rice Noodles, Braised Pork Intestine Rice Noodles, Green Pepper Fish Fillet Noodles, Plain Rice Noodles, and the Soybean Paste Noodles (no soup)—they’re all fantastic. The desserts are also
Shaoshan Rice Noodle is an amazing spot if you’re craving comforting, flavorful noodles. The service was great and the food absolutely delivered. We ordered the tomato beef noodle and the clear beef broth, and both were fantastic. The flavors were rich, the aroma was inviting, and each bowl tasted just as good as it smelled. Overall, a really satisfying experience. If you get the chance to stop by, this place is definitely worth checking out.
Tried this Hunan rice noodle spot in Bellevue and enjoyed it overall. The rice noodles and toppings are served separately, and the meat portions were generous and very flavorful. The braised toppings are rich and spicy, with the heat infused into the meat. Even the mild level was quite spicy for me. The broth itself is light, so you can adjust the flavor to your liking. Good place for spice lovers.
I ordered a dry-mixed rice noodle and the green Sichuan pepper beef noodle. The noodles were excellent—smooth, tender, and well-made, with plenty of toppings. The amount of beef was especially impressive: they give you so much that it’s basically double what other places serve. The aroma of the Sichuan pepper is fresh and fragrant, and the portion size is huge—super satisfying. Their meat buns are also on a professional level. You can tell they are hand-wrapped, and the filling is generous and real, not just fluff. Highly recommend!
Tried Shaoshan Rice Noodles and really enjoyed it. The rice noodles are delicious with generous portions, very filling. They also offer non-spicy options, which is great if you don’t eat spicy food. The meat buns are also very tasty and worth ordering. Will definitely come back!
