Dropped in here after searching for a seafood joint close to my niece’s neighborhood. What.a.find. This is a no-nonsense, hidden gem tucked into a strip mall, quietly serving fantastic food. The vibe is simple - clearly the focus is on the food, that’s fine by me. The folks behind the counter and in the kitchen were genuinely warm and friendly. Our food came out quickly, and my niece and I were legit excited when it arrived. Like, pause-the-conversation, eyes-light-up excited. We split everything we ordered (why don’t more people do this?) and then proceeded to eat in that so slow yummy way - eye closed and long “mmm”s - it was like a religious experience. The surf and turf fries *chefs kiss!* - the beef gravy was rich and out of this world, it stole the show. Mains: both had Mahi Mahi

First time eating here. The mullet, oysters, okra, and hush puppies were really good😋. cheese grits and collards kinda bland, Sadly the grouper was not cleaned right and tasted somewhat mushy and fishy. That won't stop me from visiting again. Decent portion as well. It was a bit difficult to breathe, maybe kitchen ventilation not strong enough.

It was my first time visiting Shannon‘s. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and was asked if It was my first visit. I told the lady yes, and she let me know how things were done. The Food came out in a timely manner and was delicious. The portions are generous ..this is a hidden gem.. Both of the ladies that were there , were friendly and very helpful with whatever we needed.. I live in Pace and I will be back. My sister and brother-in-law live in Loxley and they will be back . It may seem a little far for some, but it would be worth your while to try this place…

The service was excellent and the staff made me and my sis feel like family from the moment we walked in. The food was seasoned and DELICIOUS. Portions were generous and i was able to get full and bring a nice plate home. I highly recommend the mullet and flounder. They gave me a free dessert for father's day too!
