The jerk sauce is fantastic!!!! I could go here just to order a bottle of the sauce!!! Today I had jerk chicken and cabbage. Do yourself a favor and order from here . Tell them you read my review.. definitely top 5 food truck in Lexington.

I had the Chicken Curry with cabbage and rice and pinto beans. The chicken was savory and the curry flavor was strong, the cabbage and rice and beans are not strongly seasoned which is good for me because I like adding my own and don’t want too strong of a dominant seasoning. I threw a tiny smidge ghost pepper hot sauce on the cabbage and just salted up the rice. Salty, Sapid, Savory with a slight hint of sweet and it was amazing. Please bring cash for the easiest transaction process.

The oxtail is rich, deeply flavored to extract every ounce of savoury goodness. The fried soft plantains are the perfect accompaniment with rice, very tender. It all just melts in your mouth Shane Shack has truly perfected this classic dish! An absolute must-try.

Unprofessional. I stood in the hot sun to wait to be acknowledged. Once I was she asked the person that came up after me what they needed. When I told her I was there first she laughed. She then told me she didn’t have jerk chicken. Which is their main dish. Absolutely never again.

I got the oxtail and peas & rice and it's was delicious! Not too heavy on the spice. It was just right! I will definitely be back.
