I came in about 7mins to closing and was treated with warm, welcoming, and patient service. I'm sorry I didn't get the name of the gentleman that helped me because he truly is exceptional and super professional. The food was delicious despite being ordered 7 mins to closing. I'll be back and definitely recommend.

We had dinner at Shane's for the first time in a long time. I really liked the variety ok the menu, but we thought the food tasted just alright. The portions are just right, I had higher expectations based on the prices. We were there on a quiet Friday night, and it wasn't busy at all in the dining area. The wait for the food was rather long. I won't be in a hurry to come back.

Oh wow! This restaurant is the best! I’m from the south, and I’ve had a lot of bbq in my life, and this is absolutely incredible! Hubby had ribs and I had the pulled pork sandwich with potato salad and okra. Ribs are fall off the bone tender, the pork was equally tender and the flavor was off the charts! Their sauces are incredible, my personal favorite is the Caroline mustard bbq sauce, I bought a bottle on the way out. This is 💯 our new FAVORITE BBQ JOINT! The staff are so friendly, atmosphere is top notch, TVs for watching a game and hanging out. I can’t say enough, we will be back regularly! Please keep up the great work, and thank you so much!

Their pepper sauce and spicy honey will ignite your taste buds. But let’s dive into the eats. I ordered the sample plate, a feast of baby back ribs, pulled pork, chicken strips, and sides. The standout was the fried okra and Mac n’ cheese, a cheesy, gooey delight. While the food was satisfying, the ribs could have been more tender and the pulled pork needed some extra seasoning. But the chicken strips, doused in buffalo sauce, were a crispy, flavorful treat. Despite the minor setbacks, the service at Shane’s was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our experience was top-notch.

This was the first time trying this BBQ spot. It’s the closest to our house in north Phoenix that we could find and I saw that it was 4 stars. I’m not a food critic by any means so that that into consideration. BBQ spots typically separate themselves from the sides they offer. Shane’s sides were essentially the same as canned or pre-made in the deli at the grocery store. Not much creativity or flavor. We tried the ribs, grilled chicken, and brisket. The meats were average and hit the cravings for the BBQ we were after. For spending $100+ on the family meal I would probably say we wouldn’t try this spot out again for the cost.
