Very welcoming and friendly. Our server was very sweet, informative, and helpful. Their French Onion Soup is amazing! Ordered one of their specials - a Turkey Cranberry....sooo good. And there's always room for a "little piece" of cake 😉! Will definitely be back!

Shamus is one of those rare places that instantly wraps you in comfort the moment you walk through the door. Delicious! The French Onion Soup, Fish-n-Chips, and Beef on Weck are all definitely worth ordering. All so good! The service was friendly and excellent. The only letdown was the French Fries; they were cooked with too much oil and soggy and brown.

5 Stars - A Lockport Gem! Had an incredible lunch at Shamus Restaurant today—absolutely five stars across the board. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfect for a casual business lunch or a relaxed afternoon with friends. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and the food? Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every detail—from the presentation to the quality of ingredients—showed care and consistency. Easily one of the best dining experiences in Lockport. Looking forward to coming back soon!

came in yesterday for a wedding rehearsal dinner. food was immaculate! drinks were great as well the only downside was the delay with my table ordering first but ending up being the very last to get our drinks. our waitress/waiters were great and the kitchen was able to accommodate to my needs. i highly recommend stopping by if you’ve had it on your radar !
