This was my first time coming here. And was impressed! The staff were very welcoming and friendly, menu was simple and laid out well. I got their Peanut Butter Banana Protein drink and I was amazed! It was amazing the flavor the texture and the protein its self was astounding! No artificial flavors just 100% Natural flavors for a good price. Thanks for making my first visit pleasurable. A Great nutritious meal in a cup. Very delicious. Taste like a milk shake but this protein shake has 24 grams of protein, 21 vitamins & minerals and my shake was only 250 calories. Go try Shamrock Nutrition. You wont be disappointed
