Shake Shack Woodbury Commons

BEST SERVICE & FOOD EVER!!!! I have never tasted a burger so good in MY LIFE!!!! I haven’t been to shake shack in over 12 years and this time really shocked me how much quality was put into the fries, burger & chicken bites!! Keep up the amazing work and I’ll beep back soon! Highly recommend. A bit crowded so plan to go when they first open, if you don’t you’ll have to park in the back and walk a decent distance from the back parking lot to the front. Most of the front parking lot is now premium $12 for the day parking. Sucks but if you go early there is one section in the front that isn’t premium.

I love their shakes and always enjoy trying the new seasonal flavors, especially the winter ones. Today I gave the tiramisu one a try, but I didn’t like it. I felt a bit reluctant to ask for a different one, but the manager was so kind and happily made me another flavor, which was absolutely delicious! The staff were friendly, efficient, and very accommodating.

Burger was great but the team does not offer any help. As you approach the counter they tell you to use the tablets to order. Also, even though they text you to say your order will be brought to you, not true. They call out your name and make you come back to the counter to pick up. Why do I need to take a number for the table then?

I visited this Shake Shack on a busy day, and the place was very crowded. I ordered food for three people, and while it was prepared in a good amount of time, we couldn’t all sit together because there weren’t any tables for three. Two of us sat together, and I ended up sitting alone. There’s an outdoor seating area, but with no AC and a heat wave that day, it wasn’t a comfortable option. Inside seating was limited and packed. On the positive side, the food was great my burger, fries, and shake were all fresh and tasty. Even though the seating situation wasn’t ideal, we made the best of it and still enjoyed our meal.

I had Shake Shack for the first time here. I decided to get the Double Shackburger and also the Cookies and Cream Shake. Overall the burger tasted amazing and the shake was good too. The shake was actually not too sweet and it was made just right. Only downside to this location is the amount of people at lunch time. There is basically no where to sit.
