Shake Shack Woburn

Very Disappointing This was NOT Shake Shack! I've been to Shake Shack on the West Coast many times and this was not it. First they want me to tip the people making and serving the food before they do their job - NO; no where on the West Coast did I ever see this. This fast food restaurant was dirty, the tables were not wiped, the paint was worn off the door to the back, and the tables were worn out. All of this didn't sit well with me for a place known as a "high end" burger joint. They didn't even have free internet! Does my photo look like $23 worth? 1) Fries: stale! Got the K Shack Fried Chicken Sandwich and a Popping Boba Lemonade. The sandwich was good, very strong sesame flavor. The lemonade was refreshing.

It was our first time, so of course we have questions about the menu but, guess what? The guy at register didn't care. He answered our questions in the way that make me and my kids felt embarrassed just to be there. Very uncomfortable situation like we shouldn't be there. His laziness, body language and the way he looked at us, pass this msg/vibe: "I don't care about it you guys, figure it out by yourselves or just leave and go eat somewhere else". Awful!!! Even my kids said_ Mom this is the first time and the last!. About the food ➡ Order: Burgers, fries, milkshake and soda. Burgers tastes good but are very small. Jaime provided the best Customer service, he went Above and beyond with service...getting us what we needed, I never experienced that here nor at any other food place. He was kind, respectful, smiling. He took the 1-2 mins to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. He deserves a raise because a worker like him is a dime a dozen. Thank you Jaime (hope I spelled your name right) you sincerely made a bad day better with your kindness and smile and your awesome friendly service!!!!

I had a bad experience at another location awhile back. I came in to this location giving it another chance cause I was in the area. Manager Tyler definitely made my experience so much better. Very knowledgeable on the menu and had great suggestions. Thanks Tyler!
