Our family loves Shake Shack. My favorite is burger with mushroom in it. I don’t like their chocolate milkshakes, they taste kinda artificial to me. I gave this location 4 stars because they don’t have soda machine out in the open and no sparkling water, while I really enjoyed it at another location.
Great atmosphere. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Orders can be placed 4 ways: via the app, online, in-person @ a kiosk, or with a cashier. Great location. The burgers, milkshakes, and chicken sandwiches are really good and worth returning.
This was my first visit to a Shake Shack and it was a mediocre experience. I got the standard Shake Shack burger and it was okay. Good flavor, I enjoyed it. Nothing spectacular, nothing to rave about... Two disappointing things... We ordered two chocolate milkshakes. One of them came partially filled, with about an inch of room to add more. The other disappointing thing was the grilled cheese sandwich. It was pressed to about half an inch thick and overdone (burnt). I might try another Shake Shack location but I don't know if I'll be back to this one...
FIVE STAR ... We were walking and shopping in Raleigh's Village District and decided to try Shake Shack, our first experience with this restaurant. The Black Truffle double-burger with fries was awesome and plenty to split for two. Everything was tasty; the Angus beef, fried onions, cheese, sauces, and more... Give it a try if you need a burger fix!
Stolen uber eats order at first, but they then said they cannot remake the order. Went in person and while the interaction with the workers was polite, our food was quite sloppy, and my burger buns look like they had been stomped on for 20 minutes and then served. Flatter than the pancakes I had this morning. Not to mention paying extra for cheese sauce and getting cups less than even half way full. They were nice enough to provide another cheese cup without question, thus 2 Stars. Nice people inside but poor food quality standards evident.
