It was pretty much self service, I stood at the counter for a full five mins with out any body saying anything, so I went and punch my order at a computer screen, then wait for my food, seemed like a long wait but I did order a lot, the double cheeseburger was good, the crispy onions and the shack sauce were nothing special, the sauce just tasted like mayo, I was not a fan of the cheesy fries, so the cheesy dog wasn't to my liking either, the onion ring batter was nothing special, although the rings were cooked perfectly, I also was not a fan of the Korean sauce, the chocolate pudding shake was good hard to finish cause it was very sweet. It was a bit of a drive for me, and I had high hopes cause of a tic tok review I saw, but sadly it did not meet my expectations. the burger it self was b

We were travelling back from Boston to Montreal and stopped to have our first Shake shack experience. Service was exceptional, there was a young man (unfortunately I didn't ask his name) who noticed that it was our first time and made sure we had a great experience, the food was delicious. Had their new French onion soup burger with two patties, amazing. Definitely recommend this spot.
