Shake Shack The Falls

It was absolutely amazing to manager YANNI was absolutely wonderful, kind sweet professional, caring, compassionate beyond amazing. You have a superstar. You are blessed to have her working for your company. She is a blessing from above. She is so wonderful so incredible and I really can’t say enough about how she cared about her employees how she cared about her Store how she cared about all customers and all clients and had such a big beautiful heart I love shake shack. I ordered a burger well done, which was clearly selected in my order. What I received was a burger that was very undercooked and pink in the center. This isn’t a matter of preference — it’s a food safety issue. Shake Shack is known for quality and consistency, which is why this was especially disappointing. When a customer asks for well done, that should be respected, no exceptions. I couldn’t finish the burger after seeing the inside. For the price and reputation, I expected much better attention to detail. Unfortunately, this experience makes me hesitant to return.

We came for dinner and everything went great. It was clean, fast, and the staff was SO attentive. Yanni brought our food and checked on us several times to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. Food was fresh and great.

This is a really nice place it was very calm for us we went around 10:50pm and i got some nuggets and a strawberry drink. The drink tasted very fresh and cool and the nuggets were like fresh powder so yummy.. I’m so coming back here!

ONLY THE FOOD WAS GOOD!! The table was seriously sticky—I even tried wiping it with a wet tissue, but it didn’t help at all. The staff looked like they really didn’t want to be there.
