Shake Shack Rhodes Ranch

Do not get the chicken sandwich. It is absolutely disgusting. Since this is mainly a burger place, I am not even going to factor that into my rating. The burger and fries are pretty good and I would definitely recommend the burger. It was very juicy and cooked well. The fries were solid but could have used a little more seasoning. The meat was also a little too oily for my taste. Overall I would give it a solid four stars. Not bad at all, a good meal.

Interesting how this place is almost brand new and it’s empty on a beautiful Sunday afternoon in Las Vegas. a high traffic area but yet almost empty. I can see from the reviews that this location staff were not properly trained or the staff just doesn’t care enough to maintain the quality expectations of a shake shack I won’t be coming back. Ordered a new big shack. It was average. I had the french fries which were overly crunchy so overcooked. the strawberry shake tasted like a vanilla shake. I asked a team member why the shake taste like vanilla he said it’s just the way it’s made there. Didn’t wanna make an effort to redo it for me or add extra sauce so just sort of tells you how lazy the staff is.

We have been to a few locations and this one was disappointing to say the least. We went through the drive through and ordered 2 burgers a shake and onion rings. My husband's burger was medium to medium well. Mine was at best rare. It was cold in the middle. When my husband took the burger back with the receipt and asked them to remake it- instead of just remaking the burger- the person at the counter said "our meat is always medium" and dismissed him. 44$ for two burgers and they would not even fully cook it.

I ordered two burgers from the Rhodes Ranch location and discovered a rusty metal screw underneath one of the burgers when I opened the box at home. Thankfully I noticed it before eating, but finding metal inside food packaging was extremely disturbing.

If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD … I’m Sooooooo annoyed I spent over $60 for dinner for me and my family the fry’s were hard and cold In the middle the burgers were literally RAW in the middle I’ve called up to the store a million times and no one is answering …. Now I have to go spend MORE money some where else for dinner .. love shake shack but I’m NEVER coming back to this location DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!!
