Shake Shack

Excellent burger -- plenty of bacon lettuce and tomato - crinkle fries were perfect- and I don't say that about fries often -- 100% smash burgers - HOT dogs - and chicken sandwiches- the staples of LIFE - ha ha ha - OK fans I did not try thr HOT Dog !! 😱 Didn't have enough room -- plus the burgers just looked perfect -- See ya at Shake Shack -- I have to say that I heard of this joint on the Clay and Buck show - I believe it's Clay Travis that says this is one of the best burgers in America- and the best crinkle fries as well -- Up the irons Clay !!+ - OH and don't forget they serve beer - at least in the airport

Very disappointing experience at Shake Shack. The burger was burned, thin, and lacked the expected flavor, making it one of the worst I’ve had. And top very expensive. Additionally, the staff at the counters were unfriendly, contributing to a less-than-welcoming atmosphere. Overall, both the food and service left much to be desired.

Quick and efficient service. The Shack Burger with bacon tasted good and was perfect before my flight at JFK. The Red Eye Shake was delicious. The combination of coffee ice cream and toffee bits was the petfect way to end the meal.

Wow! A true Shake Shack experience with the charm and warmth we’ve come to expect from the brand. We didn’t even feel the need to go to the lounge. The quality of the food, the atmosphere, and the service at this location are better than any airport lounge. Congratulations to the entire team — truly impressive. Thank you for making our wait for the flight so much more enjoyable.

Veggie burgers are great. Fries are great. Shake shack sauce was a little fishy Process could maybe use some work. We ordered when there were only 2 people ahead of us and somehow it still took 30 minutes to get our food. And they brought out 5 orders at once.
