Really solid experience from start to finish 👏✨ You can tell the food is made fresh — nothing felt like it was sitting around waiting. 🍽️🔥 The dining area was spotless, from the tables to the condiment station, which I always appreciate. 🧼✨ Lots of seating choices inside, plus outdoor options when the weather isn’t freezing ❄️➡️🌤️ Parking was a breeze with plenty of space available. 🚗🙌 A great spot when you want good food, a clean space, and zero hassle. 👍

My first bite of my burger and this pink madness is showing… and its rush hour so I won’t be driving back 15 minutes to get a new one right now. This was an order placed through the app. Stop trying to complete orders quickly and focus on the quality of the order itself. I’d wait 30 minutes if I needed to for perfectly cooked and presented food. This isn’t on par with the brand. I would like something done about this too please. Thanks.

The Shack Burger was excellent in my opinion. It was better than some other fast food burger places, as the ingredients seemed fresh and well-prepared. I enjoyed the presentation of the burger; it looked inviting and tasty.🍔🍔 Definitely ordering again ❤️

My husband and I went to dine in this Shake Shack. Pedro was the one who took our orders.He was very efficient,professional and polite.However the burgers we got did not have the famous delicious sauce in them so my husband went to ask for the sauce. Pedro apologized and went out of his way to give us new burgers with the delicious sauce in them.We insisted on paying for the new burgers but he said the aim of their place is to make their customers satisfied and happy.We truly appreciate his kindness and honest attitude to us. Pedro is an asset to your restaurant and we give him a 5 Star review!!!

In a world where customer service is basically dead, it’s really refreshing to have staff treat you like they actually WANT you to be there. I don’t eat at fast casual places often, but I’m really happy I ate here. The staff were really friendly, quick service, the food tasted fresh and came out hot. Will definitely go back!
