Shake Shack Park City

Good fast food chain with tasty food and friendly staff. Known for their hand-spun milkshakes - we tried the vanilla, strawberry and chocolate, and all were delicious. They also have specialty flavored shakes. Crinkle fries were yummy. Burgers taste great. We went during a peak time and it was quite busy, but plenty of staff and they were doing a good job of keeping up with demand. You can order at the till or there are also several self-serve computers. There is a fair amount of seating for dining in and some outside seating across the way. It is also popular to take food to go. You can order ahead of time online. This opened in the outlets in January 2026 and was a welcome edition for many people.

For a fast food burger place I was REALLY impressed with the quality and flavor of the food. Really nice atmosphere, but even more impressive was the service from August, who was bussing tables and brought us our food. Very impressive customer service from this young man.

Yes, the food was great. But the staff/team were incredibly professional and polite. And the place is immaculately clean. It’s easy to choose this particular location.

The food was so delicious and looked so good that I forgot to take a picture of it and got straight to eating!! August was so kind and attentive with us and kept checking in on us, very nice kid!

My experience here was absolutely excellent. When I walked in, I was greeted by a kind young man by the name of Peter Jackson. When he started talking to me I immediately felt his aura radiating off him. He took my order like a champ. This man Peter single handily made my day from a 3 to a 100 instantly. He even complimented my clothes which I appreciated since my hardworking dad who’s in the nursing home for veterans got them for me. Peter even is the equivalent to an American Chris Hemsworth. He’s that handsome. He’s so handsome I even said my daughter should ask him out instead of him asking her out because I want my future grandkids to have those genetics.
