Shake Shack Naperville

Absolutely amazing place! The burgers are simply delicious, the fries are great, and the chicken with sauce is incredible -definitely a must-try. A very nice bonus is the free drink refills, which makes the experience even better. The staff are absolute sweethearts super friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The place is clean, well-kept, and very welcoming. We’ll definitely be coming back!

They messed up the order going though drive-thru. I ordered 2 burgers but only got charged for 1. Ordered 6 pc nuggets but they charged me for 10pc.. did not ask what kind of drink i wanted for the meal. I came back to get it corrected and the employee was very nice about it and fixed the order. Burgers are pretty good, juicy but messy looking. The fries and chicken nuggets were fried in old oil and tasted gross.

Great burger! I had the French Onion burger. It was juicy and flavorful. Love the crispy patty and the soft bun. The chicken nuggets are delicious. Good size and nice flavor. The milkshakes are awesome. I had the amore one and it had chocolate chunks in the bottom. Really yummy!

I always love to come and eat shake shack, don’t get me wrong. My sister went ahead and placed an order through the Drive-Thru when she clearly stated her name is Lily and you guys decided to do this???

This place has my favorite cheese fries around. I also get the chicken nuggies! I recommend actually going to get your food because both times I've ordered on door dash I was missing items. Great taste, great atmosphere, great parking. I recommend!
