Shake Shack Nanuet

Great Shake Shack! I stopped here for dinner not to long ago, and I have no complaints. Plenty of parking out front, and tons of seating inside. The kiosk ordering was quick and efficient, and the food came our very quick. Not to mention, the employees were spectacular! One of the workers was even coming around to every table offering sauce packets and napkins. I tried the big shack, which was delicious, and my shake and fries were also amazing. The inside is clean and modern, with a bunch of seating, as I mentioned before. There is also outdoor seating. The thing I love about all Shake Shacks is that they always have a free water dispenser and cups. This is super convenient so that you don't have to pay extra for a drink. A great place to stop for a quick and delicious meal.

I ordered a party order for my sons birthday and was pleasantly surprised at the excellent customer service. I am a fan of the burgers but now I’m a fan because of the service. Thank you Elisabeth for making the experience memorable!

Shake Shack Nanuet absolutely earned these five stars, especially because of one menu item that completely surprised me – the strawberry banana shake. I’ve had shakes from a lot of places, but this one instantly stood out. It tastes like something handcrafted, not overly sugary, and not artificial at all. You can actually pick up the fresh strawberry flavor, and the banana blends in perfectly instead of overpowering it. It has that thick, creamy consistency you expect from Shake Shack, but the fruit flavors make it feel like a dessert and a treat at the same time. Great Shake Shack! The K-Shack burger was lit!! William made the whole experience worth while. From the time that we entered he kept us engaged and the constant follow ups to check on us felt like I was at a restaurant rather than a fast food place. Definitely recommend to try this place out!

The cashier who took my order was the most pleasant person ever. He helped me order items I didn’t even existed, like Parmesan garlic fries. The interaction was so awesome, it gave me the pick me up to finish the rest of a hard work day. What an amazing experience.
