Shake Shack F Street

My experience at this restaurant was really good. My online order was received well and was fresh and ready as I walked in. I are inside and found the tables clean and the restaurant well taken care of. The burger that I ordered was perfectly tender and juicy with a good amount of spices and sauce. My fries went really well with my fries and they added more joy to my meal. When I finished my drink, I was asked for a refill and got one. I would recommend this place to anyone who is wanting a bite to eat and is close by.

Shakes tasted good (ordered chocolate and a black and white), but the order tablets were a disaster. It was a challenge to get the order in. Had to keep pressing the buttons over and over. Would have faired better with someone taking my order at a register! The order was filled in a reasonable amount of time, so no complaints there. However the place looked dirty to me - I'm glad I didn't order food.

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ! And best hamburger I had in a long time! Dont get me started on the onion rings. Just the burger took me out ! I had a 2 pasties! I was on a budget so no extra stuff, just the lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. Each bite was like fireworks in my mouth ! Keep in mind it was my lunch break although it was night time. Anyway it was good GOOD !! I think it beat fuddruckers, habit burger and put all those other places to shame. Also the staff was so enthusiastic, checking on me showing me the ketchup napkins etc

Korean BBQ burger was really great. Staff was very patient and helpful while we were deciding on what to order. Nice little low key place for a meal with a friend or with kids.

The burger was very greasy, the grill was dirty, and the kitchen floor was also dirty. There were no customers inside, but the staff were loudly joking and shouting. When they brought our burgers, they were rude, not friendly at all, and very arrogant. Overall, it was a really unpleasant experience.
