Shake Shack Dupont Circle

I don’t quite understand why so many people love Shake Shack, but everyone has different tastes. I do enjoy their cheese fries, though they only put a small amount of cheese on top — to me, cheese fries should have cheese covering all the fries. The burger itself was decent, but the bun was cut so thin that there was hardly enough to hold the sandwich together. Service was also very slow; it took over 10 minutes to get a burger and fries.

The food was great, but so was the experience! I have never had a better burger than theirs. No joke. It also had a unique set-up which almost made it better than an average restaurant. If you haven't gone there yet, then you should go.

I would put zero stars if it was an option. I DoorDashed from them three hours before they closed and spent a total of $55 for something they should’ve paid me to eat. I ordered two bacon and avocado cheeseburgers, and a shake but only one came with avocado, and it was gray. The shake was completely melted. The food here is not fresh. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

First time here and didn't really know what and how to order lol but the cashier helped us out she was amazing , little bummed that i didn't catch her name 😩 but she was So friendly and super helpful but that's just the beginning! The food was great didn't need to add any extra condiments, how ever the cashier showed us where everything was in case we needed it. Oh and try the lemonades they're so good 🤤 The place was really clean, the bathrooms were clean as well and didn't need a code to open up yay 🙌🏼 you can tell the employees enjoy working there because the way they treat the customers. Very happy with our visit, kids approved and we definitely recommend it and if we are ever in town again we will stop by!

I had 10pz chicken nuggets and their seasonal peppermint shake. In total about $23. Their nuggets are like DairyQueen’s so if that’s your preference you’d probably like these nuggets. Service was super slow and was asked several times what I ordered as if they didn’t know.
