Super easy to place and order online and go inside for a pick up. Food was made fresh and tasted fantastic, easily the best fast food burgers you can buy! 10/10 everytime and great location in here. Parking was a bit difficult, the plaza is insanely busy here on weekends

What can I say? Most takeout in this region are a hit or miss. This Shake Shack is consistently missing ..SOMETHING in my opinion. I ordered cheese FRIES today....I got cheese FRY. There was BARELY any cheese. Fries tasted old and overcooked. I am utterly disappointed. How hard is it to just squirt more cheese? Doesn't take much thinking.

First time coming to this location. Love the kiosk ordering machine. Still there were more people working than customers. I got a text to pick up my order, went up to the counter, but the staff were all too busy chatting. They all had their bodies turned away from the counter and chatted loudly. The other staff making food saw me and one other customer, they didn’t acknowledge us at all. It was hard to even chip in to ask a question. Finally they finished their chatting and turned around to help us. Food? Fries and chicken nuggets were like overnight leftover. Very very dry and overly salty. Chicken shack is also terrible. I guess that’s why they are doing chicken Sunday to get rid of all the terrible shacks. Ordered a half and half, worst drink in all different shake shack across the cou

$13.90 burger? (included tip) This? Is this a joke? Misleading and no way look like advertised picture. Saddest burger i’ve seen in my life. I would have picked mcdonald’s over this. I will NEVER come back. Btw, My bun was cold and hard and after 2 bites, the bun was cracking and falling apart, I think they used old buns for my order. This is sad, just sad.

We got takeout from this Shake Shack for our party of 6 and were pleased that our order was correct. Spouse had the bacon cheeseburger, I had a plain hamburger, we split an order of fries, and we each got the coffee and donuts milkshake. The burgers and shakes were perfect. I thought the order of fries was a little too small for the price, and crinkle cut aren't our favorite, but overall, it was a great meal.
