Shake 'N Swirl

I usually don’t write reviews but I have to. I walked in and it was really crowded and I was taking my time with my two children. I didn’t hear the worker screaming at me cause I was too slow because the music was blasting. I finally went up to pay and he was acting so rude and his manager was just giving me a side eye. I finally left and I ate outside. I came back in because the frozen yogurt and the hot fudge tasted very salty and it didn’t taste how it usually tastes. I went back in, and I told the worker. He was doubting me because I said I come in all the time and it tasted off. He was being very very very rude and I did not accept that especially when he was screaming at me again. He finally gave me some check to deposit and get a refund but I had no clue what he was saying. The mana

We have been here 2x. Frozen yogurt is great, similar to Pinkberry. Toppings are fresh, and there are many choices. What throws me off is the service. Both times we came to this place, I didn't feel welcome. I felt like I was disrupting the owner or the workers being there. We placed the yogurts on one scale without looking at all signs, and we were told to put our cups to another scale if we were paying cash and looking at us like we are idiots. Shouldn't be a big deal to ask nicely. It is a very local, neighborhood place so close to home that is completely lacking that connection with the community. What a shame.

Glad to see this is open when so many froyo places have closed recently!! Their euro tart is super creamy and perfectly tart. Toppings were really fresh too!

They have the best Brazilian acai and the service is always good. I’ve been here many times.

The froyo was outstanding. Place was clean. Prices were good. My kid left crying because he made a mistake and the person behind the counter was abrasive with him. Place is NOT kid friendly. When you run a sweets shop, you probably should be more prepared to come with the problems the kids bring. Hopefully will go back, if my kids isn’t scared.
