Shahs Of Kabob Brickell

Shahs of Kabob blew us away. Incredibly fresh, healthy food that’s full of bold, authentic flavors. The meats were perfectly seasoned and cooked fresh off the grill, unbelievably tender and juicy. Every bite tasted vibrant—from the fragrant rice to the grilled vegetables and herbs. You can tell real care goes into the preparation and quality of ingredients. This was our first visit, but it definitely won’t be our last. Highly recommend if you’re looking for flavorful, wholesome Persian cuisine.

Longtime Brickell resident, and been waiting a healthy, protein packed, fast casual spot for post-workout dinners. The tenderloin was cooked perfectly and the spicy sauce was tasty. Met the manager, Ken, and he gave me great recommendations!

I’ve been ordering from other Shah locations for years but I got an order tonight that was truly disgusting. The meat that I recieved was rotten(grayish-green) on the inside. I’ve eaten kabob thousands of times and I’ve never seen anything as nasty as this. Please beware. I hope ownership makes changes to the kitchen so this never happens again. Definitely not eating for a long time.

Shahs of Kabob is always a trustable, consistent quality spot across their many locations. Love their mixed beef/lamb kebabs and sauces. Great location — also has a selection of desserts from a separate business and I really enjoyed the Baklava Cheesecake.

Shahs in Brickell! Best location, walking distance from city center and the surrounding area. 12 locations and counting but this one is my new fave. Shiny and spacious, courteous and attentive staff, and obviously Miami’s best kabobs. I did my usual joojeh with koobideh platter with rice and salad. 10/10 as always.
