Shah's Halal Food

Our first visit to Shah’s Halal Food on Harrisburg Pike. We both tried the lamb gyro and pakora chips. I added peppers, onions, lettuce, tomatoes, chickpeas, tzatziki sauce. Hot sauce on the side. I am used to eating spicy food and the sauce was very hot. Food was fresh and tasty. Super friendly and helpful staff. Very clean establishment.

So me and my Husband was on the line for McDonald's and I looked across the street and seen this lil hitting Gem. Omgggg I'm so happy I seen it, we dotted off that line so quickly and went across the street. When I tell you they food is so fresh and good the lord knows I'm not lying. We will be regulars from here on out I love this food, alot of time we have to wait for when we go back home to eat Halal Food and that sucks. We live a hour away and I sure will make this trip for this food, talking from a Chef myself with a restaurant of my own. They are so clean everything is clean in there and the customer service was top tier. I hope they stay in business forever and never over price thier food, that's when u start losing customers. But back to right now you guys are super awesome 👌

The food here is amazingly delicious! The service is prompt and they take their time when asking what you want. Portion size is big as well as the price. While my wife and I still have yet to sit down and eat inside, the atmosphere seems to be pretty good and comfortable for dining in purposes. Highly recommend! The lamb and chicken combo with the sauces are a great go to as far as a first time choice!

Shah’s was AMAZING! The quality of the food was top-tier with generous portion sizes and incredible flavor in every bite. There are so many options to choose from, and everything we tried was packed with flavor. The service was outstanding...friendly, fast, and welcoming. The restaurant was super clean both inside and out, which always matters to us. I’m from NYC, and this has that same Queens food cart quality I grew up on authentic, bold, and done right. It was so good that we’ll literally be driving from York to Lancaster just to grab a bite again. Highly recommend!

Shah’s Halal Food absolutely exceeded my expectations. The service was genuinely warm and welcoming from the moment I walked up. You can tell they take pride in what they do. The food was fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. Every bite was packed with seasoning without being overwhelming, and everything tasted made to order. The staff moved quickly but never made me feel rushed. They were patient, friendly, and made great recommendations. It is rare to find a place that combines speed, quality, and hospitality so effortlessly. If you are looking for consistently great halal food with amazing service, this is the spot. I will definitely be coming back.
