Shah's Deli

I've been going here for years, and today was the day they decided to serve me a sandwich with cheese that had visible mold on it. When I went back to ask for a refund, they refused and adamantly denied "putting mold in my cheese" and would not refund back my money, on top of not caring about food safety. This will be the last time I order sandwiches from here and will go to K&L deli who dont serve subpar rotting food to their customers.

I got a sandwich with mold growing on the provolone. The maker gave me a hard time getting a replacement for something he had the responsibility to make sure didn't happen.

Excellent multi diverse supermarket really. You can find almost anything here at affordable prices. They have those delicious Bimbo pound cakes, Conchas, Mini Muffin, Gansitos, Pingüinos freshly delivered. Those fuego snacks from Barcel are exactly that, Fuego. Delicious.

This place is amazing, they are above and beyond on the term we call “deli”. They have a nice big spot which is always clean and smelling good. Next they got fresh menu items at the chef counter and most of them are halal. People at the counter are very friendly and give great service. They have any drink or beverage you can think of. Overall this is one of the best deli’s in nyc

My fave bodega in Jackson Heights - clean environment , nice staff, great sandwiches and a lot of options of newspapers , magazines, drinks and sweets . It's opened 24/7 but they don't make hot sandwiches when the guy who works in that space is out. However, the other staff can make you a great cold sandwich and I suggest you try their bologna in a roll!
