Shae’s Pub and Grub

Wait staff had no knowledge when asked questions about menu items. Wouldn't clear dishes or empty bottles. Salad was $4 but ranch was a portion of milk water, did not coat lettuce or cheese. No condiments for sandwiches! Horseshoe is actually pony shoe. 1 PC meat, 1 PC texas toast, and handful fries. We asked for refills and had to get our own box for leftover food. Not sure if this is new place workers 🤷‍♀️ bathroom stall says new name coming soon?

Larger than expected and the place came pretty well reviewed. It was between lunch and dinner so not busy but the service and quality were still great. We were a party of 6 and still appreciated the attention. We had a wide range of food as well, with brisket, chicken, a burger, onion rings, and a salad bar part of our bill and nothing disappointed. If in the area it is recommended

We love their fish. It's just hard to get waited on. We got our own silverware. We were never asked if we wanted another drink. We watched several people sit at the bar and then leave because nobody waited on them. They had a good crowd for dinner. It needs a bar manager or something.

Got an online order after driving for 8 hours, chips and queso, chicken sandwich, angus burger, and fish basket. food was 10/15 min late, 75% of the food was COLD, forgot a side, food was just thrown in the baskets, and above all, tasted utterly mediocre. not much flavor and everyone felt kind of sick afterwards. only went cause so many reviews praised the food but definitely will try one of the mexican restaurants next time. not worth the time or money.

Awesome food and the waitress was very nice. The beer cheese burger and fried pickles were amazing. Stopped here during a weekend trip to Arcola.
