If you’re searching for truly disappointing poolside food, this spot on a Hilton property delivers exactly that—especially when one would expect far higher standards from the brand. The nachos arrived soggy and limp, the French fries were excessively oversalted, the fish tacos had an off, unpleasant taste, and the Caesar salad was a wilted, soggy mess. The only item that was remotely enjoyable was the quinoa bowl—everything else fell far short. Given Hilton’s reputation for quality and consistency, this place would be better off focusing solely on drinks and skipping the food altogether.
