I really enjoyed the space and the menu, and the service was phenomenal. Even with a full restaurant during the lunch rush, the manager still took the time to greet us and check in on our table. The drinks were amazing, and the tiramisu with cappuccino was the highlight of my birthday celebration. Highly recommend!

Fancy environment, delicious food. Awesome service. Elevated food, for a particular pallet. Great Italian food, authentic. Mind blown. If your in the area, have lunch or dinner.

Great chain of Italian restaurants serving up tasty salads, pasta and secondi dishes. Very limited vegetarian section. The staff is very friendly and very attentive, constantly filling our water glasses without us asking and making sure the tables were cleared in a timely manner. Food was great and the portions are larger than the typical servings at a restaurant in Italy. In other words, ordering a salad, pasta and a secondi (which is what is typically done in Italy) will be more food than the average person can handle. Each of them are “entree” sizes in themselves. Pasta was fresh and al dente and tasted freshly made. Sauces were not overpowering. Salads had a good balance of flavors. Just about the only type of dish that was underwhelming was the pizza but still tasted great.

I’m a steak girl and my favorite place to eat is at Serafina’s! They have the most delicious food! I go by myself to eat alone to treat myself so I’m always up at bar where I enjoy my meal. The manager Leonardo Rivera always greets me with a smile and makes me feel very attentive while he works the room and checks in on everyone and always circles back to make sure that I am happy with my food and service very generous. I live in Manhattan, but my family resides in Westchester and when I can, I love coming in here and you should too! Everyone is friendly and food is delish!

Great indoor atmosphere, decor is mostly wine bottles, but done elegantly. Outdoor dining available. Service was friendly, attentive, but waitstaff seemed to change twice midway through our meal with no communication, not a big deal, but would be nice to know who was taking care of us. Food was enjoyable. Plenty of free parking.
