Secane Pizza

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had a terrible experience with both the food and customer service at Secane Pizza. From the moment I called to place my order, one of the female staff members was rude and dismissive. I made a small mistake in my order and called back within a minute to increase it, not cancel it, yet she immediately told me it was “too late” because the food was already cooking. That made no sense. When I questioned it, she snapped, “Well, it’s a Friday night, and we’re very busy.” Then, without warning, she hung up on me mid-conversation. When I arrived to pick up my food, the same woman was just as rude in person. Not only was the total higher than what I was quoted on the phone, but she was also impatient and dismissive when I asked about the price difference. I

Food is really good. You can eat inside. I like their mozzarella sticks, mac n cheese wedges and pizza. My girlfriend loves their mozzarella steak fries with bacon, she said they were made to perfection.

Everything was pretty good, kind of average, the people, the food, the atmosphere. The pizza tasted great while it was hot, when it started to cool down it started to taste kind of basic, but we would definitely return to try more of their food!

The pizza was delicious. I usually only go for a classic ny style pizza but the flavor is fantastic so ill take their pizza all day. If you like your pizza to have a little crisp to it, this is for you. I don't understand why anyone complains about the size of the pizza because the size is clearly stated on the menu.

Unfortunately the pizza was the worst pizza I ever had in my life. I was curious & decided to try them. I knew once it came out the oven I looked at it. But I still had hope when I got home & tasted it. I threw it away. People were nice and friendly though.
