Seba Seba is one of those true Colombian gems on Northern Boulevard. They serve a full Colombian breakfast that’s made fresh to order, and you can really taste the difference. Everything comes out hot, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned just like a real homemade meal. They also have a huge variety of Colombian breads, from pandebono to almojábana, all freshly baked and incredibly soft. I really like that they also offer a nice selection of refrigerated items to go, which makes it easy to bring some of the flavors home. The space is casual and welcoming, and it feels like a little corner of Colombia right here in Queens. Whether you’re stopping by for breakfast, a quick snack, or to grab something for later, Seba Seba is always a solid choice.
I enjoyed my breakfast in a nice environment with cute fall decor and quiet music playing in the background :) The pan con queso tasted fresh and the hot coffee was pretty good. Empanadas (unpictured) had a good meat to potato ratio and were delicious with the spicy and ketchup mayo sauce.
Great Colombian food Bakery. Great service! Atmosphere a bit bland. I visit almost every time I go to queens.
Giving 3 stars because the food is very good. I love their empanadas, their pandebonos and pandequesos and really everything I’ve tried is very fresh. The bad is that the ladies serving you, in particular the black haired one is plain out rude, which is very unusual for Colombian places and people. For context, I spent over $80 which is a good amount for a bakery and my mother, I and boyfriend were meeting up with my aunt who we hadn’t seen in two years just wanting to have delicious empanadas and hangout. Well this lady, was plain out rude and with an attitude failing to acknowledge you until she felt like it and giving the silent treatment, serving you with reluctance as if you were a beggar instead of a paying customer. It was mind blowing to see how different she behaved with what I as
i have eaten here before but the Sancocho de Gallina is disgusting, pure potatoes, plantains and yuca. I wanted to puke. Who eats that much potatoes, then the rice that came with the salad and piece of gallina it looks like they wanted to clean the pan out and gave me hard rice. it wasn't even crispy rice it was hard old rice. Next time Dont Scrape the Pan!!!! nobody likes that!. They dont care when its getting delivered cause we cant refuse to pay.
