Seaside scoops and subs

I was eager to enjoy a fulfilling sub while sitting at the beach so I researched this place beforehand and found glowing reviews. I’m not sure if it was the particular woman who worked this day and clearly doesn’t care about making a good sandwich or what, but this was the worst sub I’ve ever had. It was $15 and I barely finished half of it and had to throw out the rest, and I’m never one to not finish or waste food. I got an “Italian Stallion”. The onion and tomato were extremely lazily cut, it had maybe 3 slices of turkey and a couple slices of salami, and just a bunch of unwashed-tasting large pieces of lettuce thrown on top of cheap-tasting bread and fell apart after 2 bites. I don’t even know where to start, this is my favorite Place on Hampton beach, good prices , excellent food , very clean and wonderful service. Believe me when I tell you to buy the Philly steak sandwich , not only because is my number one to go but because is the one that you will always want to add on your order. Everything is 10/10 but the ones on the pictures are just my favorites!! Can’t wait to try something new , something that I know I’m going to add on my list ❤️

DO NOT GET THE SOFTSERVE!!! My wife and I went to get the soft serve ice cream last night and after taking one bite we almost got sick.The ice cream tasted like spoiled milk. For two soft serve cones it was also $19. We immediately handed the ice cream back and took our business elsewhere. If I could give a negative 1 star I would.

Waited 30 minutes for some onion rings. Employees had forgotten my order even though there was no one in front of my friends and I in line. I work in fast food so I completely understand how it is, but making someone wait 30 minutes for onion rings is kind of ridiculous while they were laughing and chatting in the kitchen which made it seem like they were not aware of how long they were taking to make our orders. Real poor customer service. My friend also ordered their “8 inch” pizza and it’s definitely not 8 inches, it’s way smaller.

Rude staff. I asked for a butter pecan sundae and the person serving couldn't find it. After "she found it" she served some type of icecream at the bottom of my cup (with raisins in it) then added a scoop of butter pecan ice-cream on top. Both of my kids got expensive milk shakes featured on their menu with only about half of the items featured. Hot food wasn't available at all. We payed, walked to our car. When I realized that my icecream was something weird, I returned to the shop to let them know and it was closed. First and last time!
