Seagull Seafood

Ordered a pick up order, ordered oysters when arrived they did not have. Ordered chicken livers when arrived home they were not in bag. Ordered fish n chicken combo did not receive sides that were suppose to be included. Ordered burger and it had no taste, dry. Fish and chicken did taste good but sure would have liked to have received what I paid for. Although was told when called them I can get livers free next time I come. Free seems like I paid for them already. Should have took note when walked in a couple was getting refunded. Good luck to them. But think we will pass on this one.

Absolutely phenomenal job. 100 percent recommend this fine establishment. If you are even thinking about choosing any other seafood restaurant, please try this place first. I have eaten here 3 times and have never had 1 complaint about the cleanliness, service, people, atmosphere, or food. Absolutely hands down the best seafood restaurant until you get to the actual ocean.

Our experience with Sea Gull Seafood was disappointing. We were in hopes of finding a good sit-down seafood restaurant for our anniversary. The reviews sounded promising, so we drove the 40 miles to Bluefield to try it. When we got there around 1:00 PM, there was only one other couple eating there. Uh-oh. The server placed the menus on the table and said, "Bring 'em back to the counter and tell me what you want. The drinks are over there." So much for charm. We placed our orders for the whitefish with mac and cheese and green beans for my wife, and fries and coleslaw for me. We decided to give this fairly new restaurant near us a try and I'm so glad that we did! The atmosphere is lovely. The service was great, very friendly! And the food was delicious! (Especially the hush puppies and corn on the cob!) Many options can be gotten grilled or fried. Even my super picky 8 year old loved it! Definitely a much welcomed addition to the area!

We had a great dinner! The flounder was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The tasty crab cakes were large with a crispy crust and the grilled shrimp was very flavorful. Red beans with rice and green beans had a nice kick. Our service was very welcoming and friendly. You need to try them soon. We enjoyed our experience and will be back very soon!!
