The wait person was great. She was the bar tender and also served the few tables next to the bar. She was prompt and SO friendly. We just happened to have walked in during happy hour. They had wine for $7.50 a glass and oysters for a buck each. I had the Manhattan clam chowder, which was very tasty but had precious few clams - and for my main course I had the soft shelled crabs. (I had never had the opportunity to try them before, but I've always heard people rave about them. They were good, but I didn't see what all the fuss was about. That is not a reflection on the restaurant, because they cooked and presented them perfectly, it was just an "oh well" in terms of a selection. I am a seafood addict and eat anything that swims, but I won't be having soft shelled crabs again.) My husband or
Ryan waited on me.He knew the menu in and out was very attentive. And very friendly, the shrimp cocktail was some of the best.I ever had and the scallops were excellent in a different type of sauce.I would highly recommend this place
Came here for restaurant week. We were a group of 4. The food wasn’t great at all. None of us liked our food. Mine needed salt and pepper just to finish it. The drinks were horrible as well. Everyone ended up switching for something else. The restaurant is super small, only one toilet in the bathroom, definitely not worth the money we spent. Ultimately this place was the worst one I’ve visited. The only part of my experience was the friendly staff
My friend and I took advantage of restaurant week in Center City! 😋 I ordered the shrimp and vegetable skewers, Panko breaded sea bass with vegetables, and a brownie (which I shouldn't have) 😅. I don't plan on having any other sweets until next month (Superbowl), so I should be ok. The food, waiter, and ambiance were enjoyable! 💯 #RestaurantWeek #CenterCity #Food #Friends #Dinner #Treat
I love the freshness of the seafood here. You really can’t find another place in the city that tastes so clean and fresh. I have a gluten sensitivity and they are always very accommodating and modify dishes as needed. This last visit they prepared my salmon exquisitely adding just the perfect vegetables to accompany my meal.
