Seafood Shack

Happened upon this gem yesterday. They have indoor/ outdoor seating. A board with Saturday specials were right by the counter and full menu was also available. Menu has a big variety of everything. I sat at the counter by the window and ordered clam chowder and baked cod platter. The staff was amazing from the time you walked in the door. Greeting you, asked if you ever been, telling you all about the menu, specials, and answering questions. I also noticed how well they work as a team. Pre-bussing and quickly cleaning tables for the next patron to sit down. From information I gathered, the young lady at the front counter father owns this place. She enjoyed talking about him and his experience. The portion size was good as I had to take some home. They had coke options and unsweetened tea

Once a month we have a luncheon. It was my pick this month and wanting seafood i choose Seafood Shack. It was simply wonderful! Authentic, plentiful, and everyone enjoyed their meals. The owner even came out and chatted with us. I took my husband home the clamp chowder and he said it was the best he's ever had.

You know how sometimes there's a little bitty hole-in-the-wall place that you almost don't even notice, but then when you discover it, it's so delicious? This is that place! The food is fantastic. Service is super friendly. If you want whole lobster, you can only get it on Fridays (and they'll run out, so don't dilly-dally getting there!) and if you want snow crab legs, you can only get them on Saturday & Sunday. We got there too late on a Friday & missed the last lobster so I ended up ordering the sea bass they had on special that night, and that turned out to be a happy mistake because the sea bass was phenomenal! Everything we've had there has been fabulous.

As a transplant to florida from Maine, New England Seafood Shack serves the best seafood I’ve had since moving to Florida 3 1/2 years ago. They have great food, huge portions, and have quick and friendly service. The whole belly clams, New England Clam Chowder, and lobster roll were all perfect!!!

Authentic New England Seafood including Streamers, Whole Belly Fried Clams, Clam Chowder, Lobster Rolls and Clam Fritters. Owners are from Rhode Island and I'm originally from Connecticut and they do it right! A great taste of home!!
