If there were a zero-star option, this place would deserve it—because apparently, respecting who comes first is completely optional. Let me tell you my experience: I came here and ordered momo. The guy said, “Wait ten minutes,” and I said, “Fine, I’ll be right back.” When I returned, there were still three minutes left, and the same one person ahead of me was getting served. I thought, “Perfect, my turn next.” Nope. In those three minutes, three more people magically appeared out of nowhere, and he started handing out momo to them first. I waited patiently, assuming he must have a lot of orders ready. Finally, he says, “You said one, right?” I said, “No, I never said one—I’m only asking for the first time now. I need two, please.” His response? “I only have one.” I had walked all the way

This food truck serves some of the heartiest momo on the streets of Jackson Heights. We got 8 thick and meaty beef momo for $8 at Amdo Kitchen. The go-to sauces here are the red sauce and white sauce. The halal momo are complimented with a thicker, chewier dough than other momos - it takes me three bites to finish each one. Amdo Momo is a favorite for those looking for an authentic taste of Tibetan cuisine. Don't forget to ask for the side of radish!

I recently visited Amdo Kitchen and I was really excited to try my first momos in Jackson Heights. I waited in line to order and the guy who was taking orders wasn't particularly friendly. He asked what I wanted, and then randomly pointed at someone else and said they'd get their food first. When I asked if I should pay now, he just walked off to the back of the truck without answering me. Out of the 750 reviews I've written, this was one of the rudest interactions I've ever had. I left without my momos and found a great spot across the street.

Wonder who is the owner of this place. O want to talk to you. Today at around 6pm the guy who is taking orders and serving started misbehaving with me saying that I didn’t pay earlier and started abuses.

The beef momos taste good, especially with the sauces. I personally would prefer a thinner wrapping. Otherwise it is still good. Cash only.
