Seafood Ketch

Visited twice in September 2025 and enjoyed our meals both times. First time we had a little wait but were seated quickly. The two of us had a variety of seafood all of which was generous and very tasty. Service was friendly and food prepared quickly. Octopus decor was nice and the views outside were great! You could see that you were at a working dock surrounded by boats and equipment. The second night my daughter had her first full Maine lobster dinner and had fun! There's limited parking nearby but it fills up quickly. Otherwise you have to park on the street and walk down a small slope.

Patio view of the harbor is amazing, staff is super friendly and the food and drinks were perfectly prepared. We waited for a patio table and had a drink by the bar and were sat in a few short minutes. The muscles were amazing and the fresh bread hit the spot along with the clam chowder. We shared the lobster bake and seafood Alfredo which had HUGE scallops and of course we added on lobster to the Alfredo. We met the owner at the end of the night while having a few drinks after dinner and spent some time with some fun guests we met at the bar. Would recommend this restaurant over and over again. Thanks for the great experience, we will definitely be back again.

Calamari was excellent, just the right amount of coating and flavors. Wife had the fisherman’s platter and I had the surf and turf (scallops and steak). Pics are taken after a few bites…we couldn’t resist! Topped it off by sharing a warm blueberry pie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Waitress was excellent, food was fantastic and relaxing serine views from Bass Harbor made it our favorite place yet!

We had an amazing dinner at Seafood Ketch! Everything we ordered was delicious, but the escargot and seafood bake were real standouts. We finished the meal with a perfect blueberry pie à la mode. The service was friendly and helpful, and we loved sitting out on the patio by the water, enjoying a spectacular sunset. It’s a great spot for seafood lovers, though there are solid options for non-seafood eaters too. Excellent quality, beautiful views, and a great value—we’ll definitely be back!

Seafood Ketch is fantastic! The ambience was great—warm, inviting, and perfect for enjoying a meal by the water. We tried their garlic steamed mussels, which were fresh and full of flavor, and the seafood fettuccine alfredo, which was creamy and packed with delicious seafood. An excellent dining experience from start to finish—highly recommended for seafood lovers!
