My food was plain barely any seasoning. I called over the phone & was put on hold for awhile, no one came back to the phone I called back a few times it was busy, I went back up there the lady said I had to ask for more house seasoning and pay that's why it was plain, I had this same order a few months ago from this location it was better than, I don't live in this area, I had to come back in the cold, burn my gas she didn't offer me anything out of curiosity, I spent $43 that's unprofessional I will never be back, not wasting my hard earned money on unprofessional service, and plain food! Manager you need to fix your service that was the worst experience ever!

This was the worse. I got a seafood bag. It had no taste. Taste like it sit in water until you buy. Food had no flavor. The sauce was watered down. Who pits water in butter? Ill never ever come back. It was my first and last time.

I placed my order on the phone yesterday. The seafood boil that is advertised as $20 is actually $25. They did not say anything about the price being different when I called. He just charged me the higher price and then informed me when I asked. My corn and crab were overcooked. The boil was only in one bag instead of 2 so the seafood sauce leaked out of the bag by the time I reached my destination. So that was disappointing. The flavor was just OK but I feel like I didn't get the full experience because there was no sauce.

Repeat after me! "I will never visit this fast food restaurant" I went in with genuine positivity. Had no intention of looking for anything negative in this location. I was ready to give a great review I even took pictures to post. While in the restaurant everything went great. However this was overshadowed by the food when I forgot home. 1. The chicken wings and fries tastes as of they were fried together 2. The wings are not full wing. So if you order a 5 wings dinner you will get 5 pieces of wings. Not 5 full wings. 3. Menu says 1/2 shrimps for $8.4, beware....it's not posted on the menu that this is only 12 shrimp. When I got home I weighed the shrimp, it only weighed 4.5 oz which is 1/2 of what I should have received. Please go somewhere else for your shrimp When I called to inform
