I ordered 2 Crocker plates with okra, fries and hush puppies with a side of jumbo shrimp.. I spent $40 The Crockers are definitely not fresh the skin of the fish come right off stiffly and you can see the cornmeal. Everything was unseasoned it absolutely has no flavor. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

was looking around for good seafood fry places and seafood express did not disappoint! i usually have to drive all the way back home closer towards the beach to get a good plate! i had mix feelings with the reviews but i have nothing to complain abt this place! compared to back home a trio fish plate (w double hushpuppies, fried oysters fried shrimp and slaw!) would def be a good $25-30+ i didnt even pay $20 with a tip! the lady at the register (im assuming the owner?) was very sweet and patient bc it was a lot to choose from! she also gave me complimentary sauces! it was empty when i made an order so i didnt wait no more than 10 mins and she brought it out to me! i def plan on coming back!

I ordered the Tilapia platter, and I agree with a lot of the reviews about the blindness. They could definitely do better with the seasoning. The hushpuppies were too crunchy, as one of the other reviews stated. The coleslaw was dry. I gave them 4 stars on the food because the fish was fried perfectly even though it didn't have any flavor and the portion size was huge. Definitely fast friendly service, and I will be back to try other selections.

So you go in there and order about $20 worth of their about average food - definitely nothing special - and then you ask for one lemon slice to go for your fish and you have to pay for it. Their food does not suck (the onion rings and fries do suck bad) but it definitely is not anything special and definitely not worth letting them treat their customers the way they do. I feel like if I come in and spend $20 on one piece of fish and some very badly made sides, the least you could do is give me a slice of lemon without charging me. Last time I went there was a bad experience too. I would never recommend them but not because of the food (it’s ok) but more because of the service and greed. Let me know that the only thing that was good in it was the fish, and I could’ve done it better myself
