We enjoyed all the food we had here. Fish and chips was good, we liked the batter. The clam chowder had huge clams and lots of potatoes. Our dinner came out pretty quick, but right before we got our food we decided to order a fried cheesecake for dessert… as we wanted it to be hot still when we ate it. It took 45 minutes for our cheesecake to be made. We were well beyond ready to go by then, and had to go up and ask about it. It was a busy night as it’s a holiday, but 45 minutes for 1 fried item seems insane, and definitely diminished our experience overall. I will say, that cheesecake was absolutely amazing. Needs a sauce but wow so good.

There aren’t many local perks to being in the top 10% of Google Reviewers or a Yelp Elite All-Star, but every once in a while it pays off in the best possible way. Yesterday was one of those days. The team at Sea Pal Cove invited me in to sample their Valentine’s Day special, and let me tell you, they absolutely knocked it out of the park. They’re offering a Valentine’s meal for two that includes Shrimp Scampi 🍤, a calamari appetizer served with their famous chipotle dipping sauce, garlic bread, cheesecake, and two drinks all for $50. Yes, fifty dollars. Add in some of the best views in town, and you’re already winning before the first bite. Now, if you know me, you know I don’t play small when it comes to food. I brought along my friend Johnny Ramey, who knows his way around a plate as

Sea Pal Cove is legendary, and for once the hype is 100% deserved. Best fish and chips in the area, no question. Their beer batter absolutely crushes the panko-style places (no shade to panko, but beer batter is the correct answer here). The fish is perfectly crispy, not greasy, and somehow stays crunchy the whole time instead of turning into sad soggy fish halfway through. Same story with the fries: crispy forever. Like… how. The setting is also a big part of the magic. All outdoor seating, looking out at the harbor and watching boats coming and going. Top-tier coastal vibes. Prices are totally reasonable, beer menu is legit, and the food is excellent every single time. If you’re in Fort Bragg and you skip this place, I’m not mad, I’m just disappointed.

Really enjoyed this place. The atmosphere is authentic, the food is excellent at a more than reasonable price. The clam chowder in the bread bowl was amazing. Everything fresh and homemade. The bowl was so good, the chowder had whole clams, chunks of potatoes, very rustic and delicious. We had fishing boats passing by 25 feet from our table. There was live music, a nice fire and heat lamps on the deck. Great place!

It's outdoor seating, so i could bring my dog. He really appreciate it. The food is MASSIVE. I got the clan chowder and fish n chips. The chowder was basically a bowl of clams with some veggies. Big fat whole clams! It was amazing. Prices are fair and the food excellent. The waiter went out of way to accommodate my very picky beer preferences.
